Carbon Reduction Commitment April 1, 2009

Earlier this month two major updates to the Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC) were released:

• A Consultation on the CRC Draft Order – is it just me or is there a ridiculous amount of consultations out at the moment!
• The draft CRC User Guide

Over the next few days/weeks/months (bare with me, there is some 300+ pages to get through) I hope to produce a few blogs on the CRC. Today’s is a brief overview of CRC: “What it is”, “Who it applies to” and “How it works”. Future blogs on the subject will go into deeper analysis and a critique.
